SAHA is authorized and licensed to engage in rating and ranking activities of collective investment institutions in accordance with the “Circular on Principles Regarding Those Engaged in Grading and Ranking Activities of Collective Investment Institutions” prepared by the Turkish Capital Markets Association (TCMA), pursuant to the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye’s (CMB) Communiqué VII – 128.5 on “Principles of Performance Presentation and Performance-Based Remuneration for Individual Portfolios and Collective Investment Schemes, and of Grading and Ranking Activities of Collective Investment Schemes” (Mutual and Retirement Funds).
